NYSCA Student of Excellence Award Recipients

 Kirsten York

Text Box: Kirsten is the second recipient of the NYSCA Student of Excellence award. Chosen from among our applicants for her apparent dedication to her chosen profession, which showed in her grade point average, attendance, skill level, public service, interest and teacher recommendation, among other factors. Unfortunately, Miss York was unable to attend our Fall Board meeting to receive the award in person, so it was presented to her at a later date. We are very proud of her accomplishments already, and look forward to seeing her grow in the industry. She attends Greater Southern Tier Boces under the direction of Mr. Andrew D'Apice. Kirsten has been given a one year membership to NYSCA.
